secure2u — Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the secure2u platform as a user in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the secure2u platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and secure2u ("Platform"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial use.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the secure2u platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. secure2u reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time.
Account security responsibilities:
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- The secure2u platform will never ask for your password via email or any external channel.
Secure2u reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraud, money laundering, or misuses the platform in any way.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the secure2u platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all of the following rules:
- The use of automated software, bots, or any method that manipulates the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or unlawful content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploit any technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
- Using your account to facilitate transactions on behalf of third parties without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent imposed limits or restrictions is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of associated balances, and legal action where necessary.
Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the secure2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in your own name.
- Deposit: Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed, except in cases of technical failure confirmed by our team.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. secure2u reserves the right to require additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Suspicious transactions: Any transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Fee: The platform does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations relating to winnings or transactions received through this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability: The secure2u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, secure2u shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the secure2u platform are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. secure2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Secure2u reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. We encourage users to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
Notices of material changes may be sent to your registered email address or displayed as in-platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Failing that, the parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
